Systematic Approach of TOPSIS Decision-Making for Construction Method Based on Risk Reduction Feedback of Extended QFD-FMEA

The key factors in the decision-making process are uncertainty, probability, and impact. appropriate construction methods must be selected based on review safety requirements, which to adjusted accordingly depending highly uncertain continually changing technological requirements. evaluation of method should account for various technical characteristics method, including changeable risk reduction. In most cases, decision maker’s insufficient knowledge response an environment contribute primarily selection inappropriate methods. This paper presents a feedback-based model that involves systematic environmental risks selecting using technique order preference by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) model, is multicriteria tool, extended quality function deployment-failure mode effect analysis (extended QFD-FMEA) simultaneously. Extended QFD-FMEA presented herein provides objective quantitative reduction mitigation assessment cost Risk analyzed comprehensively minimize uncertainties. proposed environment, where tradeoff exists between options issues. A case study conducted verify model. Results possible QFD-FMEA, two cases feedback method.
